If you really look at your haunt after it's set up and you realize that a certain area needs to have something jumping out then you probably need to use air. Seriously though at what point do you cross that line? We crossed it our second or third year into our haunt. How we determined we needed it is by walking through our haunt ourselves and realizing that some areas lacked shall we say a scare factor of 10! We also had a shortage of actors so we needed to make some. If your haunt is missing a certain aspect to it than it might be time to add pneumatics to your haunt!
